The Make Lounge offers contemporary craft workshops with a stylish, social twist – perfect for embracing the ‘make do and mend’ ethic in a fashionable way!
We pioneered the idea in 2007 and we recently added a retail shop to complement our three studios in London (N1).
We invite you to:
· Learn a new skill in a short time.
· Take home a gorgeous completed item.
· Relax in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
· Enjoy drinks and nibbles as you work!
· All materials, instruction and resource list included.
We can also help plan your hen party, birthday party or other group gathering!

Happy 2010!
We’re adding lots of new dates and classes in 2010, including hand-tied floral bouquets, making terraria, intermediate sewing, knitting socks, plus lots of on-trend jewellery classes. (Sign up for our monthly e-newsletter to get all the news first!)
In our short-term workshops (most run a single evening or afternoon), we’ll teach you to sew, make jewellery, work with leather, crochet, quilt or embroider, create your own bath and body products and much more. All bookings include expert instruction, high quality materials, light snacks and beverages (including wine in the evenings), plus a take-home resource list!
We also have a retail shop filled with gorgeous fabrics, haberdashery, trimmings, kits, books and magazines, cupcake decorating supplies, jewellery tools and more.
